Alterations are made to the Customs Union HS code classification

Beginning of June the EEC Board has adopted three resolutions that made changes into export-import classification of some goods – resolutions No83, 84, 85 from June 03, 2014

The goods that have been affected by the changes are the following:

• sleigh runners for mounting the seat of motorized vehicle (supplied separately from the seat or body of the vehicle etc). Its new HS code is 830230 000;
• a hydraulic hammer for road-building technical devises – 8430 69000 8;
• vans that are a type of vehicles with doors, windows and space for mounting seats for 10 or more people 8702 10 (vans equipped with internal-combustion engine that starts from compression) and 8702 90 (vans equipped with internal combustion engine that starts from spark).

The resolutions should come into effect 30 days after the official publication. The documents were published in the day of approval, on June 03, 2014.
