According to government resolution of the Russian Federation No. 930 signed September 3, 2015, the decision has been made to include additional goods into the list of goods subject to obligatory certification RCP code 2523. This section of the RCP entails various types of cement: cinder, aluminous, portland, supersulphated, hydraulic, etc. The resolution should go into effect six months after its publication.
Consequently, by March 2016, any supplier or producer of the given production variety who fails to take care of the formalization of proper permissions documentation in time may be considered as illegally performing business. In such cases, all punitive measures envisaged for such cases may be applied. In order to avoid such a situation, one would be well-advised to refer to one of the corresponding certification centers to formalize a certificate from the Russian National Standard.
