Public discussion on the new technical regulation that was recently concluded have underlined the necessity of making certain amendments to the existing technical regulations project. Starting on October 12, all member states of the Eurasian Economic Union have been discussing the adoption of this technical regulation to be voted on by the state. In the case that this technical regulation is adopted, all equipment produced for kids play areas will be subject to obligatory inspection according to established norms starting at the moment of its planning, then its production and transportation, and finally during its use and operation.
Equipment produced for kids play areas before the adoption of the technical regulation “On the Safety of Kids Play Areas” will also be subject to an array of inspection according to its degree of correspondence to the adopted norms.
