The gates for sporting games must be certified

In light of the signing of resolution No. 309 as of April 2, 2015, certain sports inventory must be accompanied by an obligatory Russian National Standard certificate. The former list of goods subject to such certification has now been expanded to include sections 9614 and 1915 in the Russian Classification of Production. The resolution will go into effect at the start of the following calendar year.

Thus, starting on January 16, the gates for hockey, football, and handball will enter into the list of goods subject to certification. Producers of these products will be required to complete a certification process for their goods in order to prove the legality of their business operations. Companies would be well advised to take care of the formalization of the certificates shortly before the relevant date arrives.
